CR.NO.58/2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.No.27272 of 2019 that the petitioner shall to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PRAKASH ADIAPADAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.V.BALAMURUGANE, PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR PUDUCHERRY on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.10.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.27272 of 2019 to appear before respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
