ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to complete investigation in Crime no. 89/2023 and file the final report before the concerned Magistrate as early as possible.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the first respondent on instructions submitted that investigation in the above crime number has been conducted and further action has been dropped in the above case and RCS will filed before the concerned Magistrate within a week. He further submitted that the RCS has been served on the petitioner.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
