ORDER

Mr.R.U.Dinesh Raj Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.M.Shankar, learned Central Government Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents 4 and 5. With consent of the learned counsels on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2025. 2/5

3. The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation dated 18.08.2025 to the respondents 1 to 3 to know whether the CITS trained candidates are given preference as per the G.O. (Ms).No.47 Department of Labour Welfare and Skill Development (P2) dated 24.06.2024, for which, there is no response till date. Hence, the petitioner filed this writ petition seeking the afore referred relief.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent, who is authorized to give a reply to the said representation.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with regard to the merits of the petitioner's claim. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
