This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 537 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in S.A.No.581 of 2025.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

3. Accordingly this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to incorporate the necessary amendment in the Second Appeal.
