PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to dispose of the civil suit filed in O.S.No.185 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Avinashi, Tiruppur District on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court by allowing the present CRP.

ORDER

The Civil Revision Petitioner seeks for expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Avinashi, Tiruppur District.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned District Munsif, Avinashi, Tiruppur District as to how long he would require to dispose of the suit.

3. The learned Judge sent a report dated 21.11.2024 stating that the trial has not yet commenced in the suit. He further states that I.A.No.5 of 2024 filed by the third defendant under Order I Rule 10 CPC is pending in the stage of service of notice to one of the respondents.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Judge, the learned District Munsif, Avinashi is directed to dispose off O.S.No.185 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. 29.11.2024 Index:Yes/No KST To The District Munsif, Avinashi.
