O.A.Nos.783 & 784 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., When the matter came up for hearing on 25.01.2023, learned counsel appearing for the both the parties requested to refer the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Accordingly, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court. 2.After the completion of mediation, the matter is listed today before this Court.

3.Learned counsel appearing for both the parties would submit that the parties have reached settlement, by entering into a Settlement Agreement dated 28.04.2023, signed by the parties along with their learned counsel and requested this Court to dispose of the Original Applications in terms thereof mentioned in the Settlement Agreement dated 28.04.2023 entered by the parties.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties and in view of the Settlement Agreement filed by them https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY. J., rst having arrived at an amicable settlement among themselves by the parties, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the Original Applications in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 28.04.2023, entered by the parties. 5.Accordingly, the Original Applications are disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 28.04.2023. The Settlement Agreement dated 28.04.2023 is recorded and the same shall form part and parcel of this order. 6.Registry is directed to refund the eligible Court fee to the 2nd applicant as per the Rules.
