In view of the reasons stated in Crl.O.P.No.31363 of 2022, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with except on specific occasions like first questioning/framing of charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., judgment and as and when required by the Learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

The petitioner shall be represented by the counsel on all other hearing dates, without fail and co-operate for the speedy disposal of the case.
