Prayer: This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records in R.C.No.021882/I2/2024 dated 24.09.2024 from the file of 1st respondent quash the same and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty as Block Educational Officer, Alangayam and pass orders.

ORDER

This petition is filed for issuance of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records in R.C.No.021882/I2/2024 dated 24.09.2024 from the file of 1st respondent quash the same and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty as Block Educational Officer, Alangayam and pass orders.

2. The facts of the case is that the petitioner who is working as Block Educational Officer, Alangayam Block Tirupathur District was suspended from the services by the first respondent vide order dated 24.09.2024 in R.C.No.021882/I2/2024. Challenging the same the petitioner has come up with this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced a letter issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.021882/I2/2024 dated 11.12.2024, wherein it was stated that they have revoked the suspension order issued to the petitioner.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above facts is is made clear that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been considered by the respondent, hence this Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
