Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's wife Pavithra aged 31 years and Minor Daughter Pranaysri aged 4 years before this Court and set them at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Habeas Corpus petition has been instituted to direct the respondents to produce the wife of the petitioner, Smt.Pavithra, aged about 31 years and minor daughter, Pranaysri, aged about 4 years.
2.The second respondent/Inspector of Police, Sathyamangalam Police Station, appearing through video conferencing along with the detenues would submit that the detenue Pavithra and minor daughter Pranaysri are in the house of the detenue's parents and they are not under illegal detention. The detenue Pavithra is willing to stay along with her parents on account of some reasons and therefore, we do not find any illegal detention. 3.Consequently, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
