JUDGMENT
(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) We are unable to find any justification to interfere with the impugned order passed by this Court directing the appellant to approach the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court since the cause of action has arisen only at Tiruchendur for which the territorial jurisdiction comes within the jurisdiction of the Madurai Bench of this Court.
