This Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to permit the second petitioner to withdraw the amount, which is in the deposit of II Additional Family Court, Chennai, in M.C.No.418 of 2015.

2. Head the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that as per the conditional order of this Court, dated 15.10.2019 (in the said Revision Case), the respondent has deposited a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of M.C.No.418 of 2015 before the trial court, on 15.10.2019.

4. Considering the fact that the conditional order passed by this Court towards the arrears of Interim Maintenance has been complied with and also considering the reasons stated in paragraph 4 of the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the second petitioner (Mrs.Vijayakumari) is hereby permitted to withdraw the amount lying in M.C.No.418 of 2015 before the trial court. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
