This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 879 days in filing the present Criminal appeal against the order in CC.No.2/2018 on the file of Learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 879 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of Rs.3,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore.
