Today, when the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this court has been complied with by considering the representation made by the petitioner for survey and laying of boundary stones and rejecting the same by the respondent

in her proceedings in in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.408/2019/A2 dated 28.10.2024. The learned Special Government Pleader has also produced a photocopy of the proceedings of the respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.408/2019/A2 dated 28.10.2024. The said statement is recorded.

2. Considering the fact that the order of this court has been complied with, no further adjudication is required in the matter. Accordingly, contempt petition is closed.
