The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.11 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ooty, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 363, 342 r/w 34 of IPC and Sections 33(1), 3(L)(15) of SC and ST Act, 1989 altered to under Sections 363, 342 of I.P.C based on the information by the de-facto complainant herein.

2. He would further submit that there was no stay granted by this Court and the petitioner has been acquitted by the Trial Court on 12.01.2023. He would further submit that nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P is closed. 05.11.2024 nvi Index :Yes/No Internet:Yes/No 2/4
