This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22537 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that C.C.No.621 of 2024 has been assigned and posted to 05.12.2024 and the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22537 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, on 15.12.2024 at 10.30a.m., and thereafter, on the date to be fixed by the learned trial Judge until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
