praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records pertaining to the order in his Proceedings No.20744/HRM/TNSTC(C)/2023, dated 31.10.2023 issued by the first respondent, along with the relieving order and the Relieving Order No.1374 dated 01.11.2023 issued by the third respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to retain the petitioner at and restore the petitioner to Dharapuram Branch, award costs. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise the dispute before the appropriate forum.
