ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience and violation of the order passed in WP.No.7996 of 1/4

2024 dated 22.03.2024, thereby the respondent was directed to disburse the arrears of salary from the date of the petitioner's appointment till retirement, within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent produced Government Order dated 22.04.2025 of the Department of Higher Education and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.7996 of 2024 dated 22.03.2025 has been complied with by the respondent.

3. In view of the aforesaid Government Order, this contempt petition is closed.
