This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the proceedings of F.I.R in Crime No.307 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent Police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.307 of 2024, charge sheet was filed on 04.12.2024 before the Juvenile Justice Board, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file as JC.No.180 of 2024.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
