This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order dated 05.07.2024 made in W.P.No.17721 of 2024 passed by this Court.

2. When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 05.07.2024 has been complied with. Insofar as the interest portion is concerned, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the third respondent's Society in Writ Petition is sick, and as such, they could not pay the interest. However, the third respondent in W.P. No. 17721 of 2024 is directed to pay the interest as ordered by this Court as expeditiously as possible to the petitioner.
