Today, the matter has been listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance.'

It is stated that when action was taken to comply with the order passed in the present writ petition in W.P.No.6968 of 2024, the same was challenged by the management in W.P.No.42728 of 2025 and a conditional

order of stay was also passed. It was also recorded on the last hearing that the conditional order was also complied with by the management by depositing a sum of Rs.2,50,000/-. It was further noted in the said order itself that it is for the petitioner to move an application in the said writ petition for withdrawing the said amount.

In that view of the matter, when steps are being taken, and when it is further challenged by the management, it cannot be said that the respondents here in are in wilful disobedience of the order of this Court. 4.

Recording the fact that steps have been taken; and the matter is pending in the connected writ petition and with liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh contempt petition in the event that, without any impediment, if no further steps are taken, this contempt petition stands closed. 10-12-2025 veda
