(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present Contempt Petition has been instituted to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for the non-implementation of the directions issued by the Court in W.P.No. 7064 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.0254/2024/Aa3, dated 25.08.2025 and would submit that the order made in W.P.No. 7064 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023 has been complied with.
