O R D E R The petitioner herein has filed the present Contempt Petition to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.40227 of 2006 dated 23.11.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents placed on record.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court in order passed in W.P.No.40227 of 2006 dated 23.11.2021 has been duly complied with and thereby pleaded to close the present Contempt Petition.

4. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for adjudication.
