ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorari to call for the records relating to a charge memo dated 30.10.2019 in Ref.No. 5921/Se/2019 issued by the third respondent, the Joint Director of Medical and Health Service at Thanjavur, under Rule 17(b) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules and to quash the same. Let me not dealt with deeply into the facts of the case but I would place deep appreciation for Mr. T.K.Saravanan, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who had forwarded a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No. 1470, Health and Family Welfare (I-1) Department, dated 21.12.2020, by which the Government had issued orders dropping further action against Government Medical Officers, who had participated indefinite strike on and from 25.10.2019.

The name of the petitioner is found at Serial No.15 in Annexure-II.
