This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the XIII Small Causes Court to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.519 of 2024 in accordance with section 37[3] of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017.

2. The grievance of the revision petition that though section 37[3] of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017, mandates that the execution petition has to be disposed of within 30 days from the date of service of notice on the opposite to party. The fact remains that the same has not been strictly followed by the Execution Court. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the mandate under Section 37 [3] of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlords and Tenants Act, 2017, there shall be a direction to the Execution Court to dispose of the Execution Petition expeditiously and decide the matter summarily without any further delay.
