These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2598 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.
