This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 382 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 06.06.2019 passed in C.A.No.79 of 2016 by the Learned XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though notice was served on the respondent, there is no representation.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
