These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2598 days and 2672 days in filing the applications to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant and first respondent, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant and first respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and first respondent.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.
