This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the petitioners herein viz., A.Aruna and Monika as the legal representatives of the 6th respondent viz., Late P.Anandakumar in C.R.P.No.1176 of 2018.

2. The petition was opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents herein that there is no legal heirship certificate filed by the present petitioners that they are the legal heir of the deceased P.Anandakumar and hence this petition cannot be allowed.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there are six respondents in the main revision and the said P.Anandakumar is the sixth respondent and the present petitioners are the wife and daughter of the said P.Anandakumar and therefore they are the legal heirs of the deceased P.Anandakumar and hence there is no impediment for allowing the present petition for impleadment.

4. In that view of the matter, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, permitting the petitioners to be impleaded as the party respondents as the legal heirs of the sixth respondent in the main C.R.P., Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main revision and post the main C.R.P., for hearing in the second week of December 2019.
