This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 391 days in filing the Appeal in A.S.S.R.No.146203 of 2024.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent also present in Court. He has no objection in allowing the petition.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 391 days in filing the Appeal is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority within a period of 10 days.

4. On compliance of the payment of cost, Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
