, Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the application for leave of this Court and on perusing paragraph No.85 of the plaint, I am inclined to grant leave to the plaintiff to file the suit against the defendant.

2. Accordingly, the leave is granted. The Registry is directed to number the suit if the papers are otherwise in order and list it for admission on 20.12.2022.
