ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for disobedience of the order dated 02.07.2025 made in W.P.No.23806 of 2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that they have already settled the terminal benefits to the tune of Rs.82,25,009/- to the legal heir of the employee. In evidence thereof, the learned Government Advocate has submitted a letter addressed by the Regional Administrative Medical Officer to the Director of Medical and Rural Health 2/4
services. The said factum was though admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, however, would submit that the above amount is less than what the petitioner is entitled.
4.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
