ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.06.2025 made in W.P.No. 20087 of 2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has complied with the directions of this Court and a sum of Rs.1,71,562/- was already paid and the same was duly acknowledged by the learned counsel for the Petitioner. In evidence thereof, the learned Government Advocate submitted a copy of the receipt given by the petitioner along with the letter addressed by the Superintending Engineer to the Government Pleader.

4.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
