COMMON ORDER Pursuant to the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.2912, 2914 and 2915 of 2025, dated 24.09.2025, these Miscellaneous Petitions have been listed for hearing. The Division Bench has set aside the earlier order passed by this Court in the condone delay petitions and directed both parties to contest the review applications on merits.

2. In the light of the above order passed by the Division Bench, this Court is inclined to allow these Miscellaneous Petitions seeking to condone the delay of 278 days in filing the Review Applications.

3. The Registry is directed to number the Review Applications and list the same "for admission" on 27.01.2026 at 02.15 p.m. The name of Mr. M. Marudhachalam shall be printed in the cause list while listing the Review Applications "for admission".
