Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.35909/2016/Pa.A5 dated 30.08.2017 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to appoint the petitioner as noon meal organiser in Government Primary School receiving fund from Sakthi Sugars, Sakthi Nagar Centre.
