[ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission before this Court that the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition did not exist as of now. The learned counsel for the petitioner also made an endorsement to the said effect in the bundle. Thus no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

2. Recording the abovesaid submissions and also the endorsement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
