ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No. 1383 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sooramangalam Police Station to the concerned Judicial Magistrate, Salem.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the third respondent has registered a case in Crime No.1383 of 2020, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent has registered the FIR in Crime No.1383 of 2020, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks one month time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
