When the petitioner's son, namely, Velan Veerapandiyan, aged about 19 years, had gone missing, he had given a complaint on 14.06.2024 before the second respondent Police. Since the petitioner's son could not be traced within a reasonable time, she has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
