The present Writ Appeals have been filed against the common order dated 09.09.2019 passed in a batch of writ petitions. In the above Writ Petitions, there were certain directions issued to the Authorities. In due deference to the directions, the Authorities had issued a Circular No.18 of 2020 in File No.TR/CIR/6/(14)/2019 dated 24.04.2020. Thereafter, yet another consequential Circular No.20 of 2020 in File No.21-22011/1/2020-O/o Trg - DGS dated 27.05.2020 came to be issued. Aggrieved by the consequential Circular dated 27.05.2020,

AR the petitioner, namely, International Maritime Academy filed W.P.No.9050 of 2020, which was dismissed by this Court on 18.08.2020. Against the order of dismissal dated 18.08.2020, a Writ Appeal has been filed and pending before this Court.

2. In view of the subsequent development and challenge made against the consequential circular, we are of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in these Writ Appeals.
