Respondents [R4 to R14 are suo-motu impleaded vide order dated 19.12.2018] Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take proper action as per the representation to the letter and spirit dated 26.05.2017 and 22.06.2017 and to take necessary action against the violation of public fund misusing and to save the public fund and real Democracy in Tamilnadu which openly ignored by the officials making the public fund for illegal advertisements with image of accused person in daily papers, letter and spirit. 2. Heard Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. The relief sought is that the Government officials need to stop publishing the photo of Ex-Chief Minister Late J.Jayalalitha in Government schemes, in daily papers with public costs.
4. The said Ex-Chief Minister is already dead.
5. As none appears for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.17638 of 2017 is also dismissed.
