This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall stay at Trichy and report before the Trichy Town Hall Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29009 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
