These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall stay at Trichy and report before the Trichy Town Hall Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.Nos.28980 & 29059 of 2022 common dated 25.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
