Heard Mr. K.Venkateswaran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. C.Vigneswaran, Learned Counsel for the First Respondent and Mr. D.B.R.Prabhu, Learned Counsel for the Second and Third Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Proceedings in Ma. A. Na. Ka. No. /special/2023 dated 27.09.2023 issued by the Third Respondent and to consequently direct the Third Respondent to furnish the information sought by the Petitioner in compliance of the Order in S.A. No. 1780/ D/2023 dated 02.05.2023 passed by the First Respondent. 3.

This Court during the earlier hearing on 20.11.2023 had passed the 2/5

following self-explanatory order:- "2.

Learned Counsel for the Second and Third Respondents submits that in terms of the Proceedings in Ma.A.5/Na.Ka.No./003242/2023 dated 21.08.2023 issued by the Third Respondent, the Petitioner could inspect the documents in the office of the Third Respondent between 3.00 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. today. In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would visit the office of the Third Respondent to inspect the documents today and inform its outcome on the next hearing."

It is represented that the Petitioner has inspected the records in the office of the Third Respondent in furtherance to the said order passed by this Court and that he would make application for obtaining certified copies of required documents following prescribed procedure in that regard. 4.

In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioner if he still has any grievances from working out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
