2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without prejudice to the rights of the respondents in the main Writ Petition, this Court is inclined to allow this WMP. Accordingly, this WMP is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.P.T.Ramadevi, as learned counsel for the petitioner and post the matter for hearing on 03.02.2020.
