This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the FIR based on the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 21.02.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed for the reason that the parties agreed to resolve the issue.

3. Recording the said submission, this this Criminal Original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
