ORDER

This Cour, by order dated 30.04.2024, had passed the following order:

"This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree, dated 04.09.2023 in R.C.A.No.9 of 2019 passed by the learned IX Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai confirming the judgment and decree, dated 31.10.2018 in R.C.O.P.No.221 of 2017 passed by the learned XI Judge, Court of XI Small Causes, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/tenant on instructions submitted that six months time may be granted to the petitioner to vacate the premises and handover the possession to the respondent/landlady. In any event, the petitioner would vacate the premises and handover the possession to the respondent by 31 st July, 2024.

3.Post the matter on 31.07.2024 under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance'."

2.In continuation and conjunction to the earlier order dated 30.04.024, today, both the learned counsel for petitioner and respondent appeared and filed a memo informing that the vacant possession of the property has been handed over by the petitioner/tenant to the respondent/landlord and the rental dues have been paid and advance amount received back by the petitioner. The said Memo dated 31.07.2024 is recorded. 3.In view of the same, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
