ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ of Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted to direct the respondents to produce the son of the petitioner Mr.Gokulakrishna s/o.late Kuppusamy aged 22 years.

2. The police authorities secured the detenue and produced before this Court, we had interacted with the detenue, it seems that he is little disturbed on account of certain fear or otherwise and taking some treatment, he is unable to interact freely with us. However, the detenue is pursuing law course in the Central Law College, Salem. He has completed 5th year and awaiting for results.

3. We have allowed the petitioner to interact with the detenue inside the Court hall and after spending about one hour, the petitioner would submit that

she will look after and take care of her son.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioner is the biological mother of the detenue and the detenue agreed to go and live with the petitioner. No further adjudication need to the undertaken.

5. The petitioner undertakes that she will take care of the detenue and provide all facilities enabling him to pursue his education.
