This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, FTMC, Tiruppur on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22254 of 2022 dated 15.09.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
