Respondent Prayer: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P. No.60 of 2019 pending on the file of Principal Sub Court at Tiruttani to Family Court at Chennai. Petitioner : Mr.M.Ramesh Babu Respondent : Mr.P.B.Balaji

ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition, are entirely incorrect, but, however, the respondent has no objection for the matter being transferred to the Family Court at Chennai.

2. In view of the same, H.M.O.P. No.60 of 2019, pending on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tiruttani, is withdrawn from the said court and transferred to the Family Court at Chennai. The learned Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without adjourning the matter beyond thirty working days, at any point of time, in order to bring the issue to a logical end.
