ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M. Sundar J) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'impugned letter No.24 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to the support affidavit submitted that the petitioner was served with only the copy of the impugned order in Letter No.24/2024 dated 18.10.2024 by the 5th respondent and hence the petitioner was unable to produce the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

M.SUNDAR, J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., gpa certified copy of the impugned order. Relevant paragraph of the support affidavit reads as follows:

'The petitioner respectfully submits that she was served the copy of the impugned notice in Letter No.24/2024 dated 18.10.2024 by the 5the respondent and hence the petitioner unable to produced the certified copy of the impugned order and therefore the petitioner may be permitted to submit the xerox copy of the impugned letter and dispense with the prodution of impugned letter in No24/2024 dated 18.10.2024 and hence this petition for dispense with.'

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.

4. In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayer is acceded to. Captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for.
