... Respondents Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, pleased to punish the respondents for violating the order passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.36485 of 2023 in W.P.No.36479 of 2023 dated 05.01.2024.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 05.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36479 of 2023, wherein the petitioner was directed to submit fresh representation before the second respondent, who in turn was directed to dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

The learned Additional Government Pleader, (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents submitted that, in compliance with the order of this Court, the representation of the petitioner has been duly disposed of by the second respondent. To that effect, he also produced a copy of proceedings No.18024/35/LS/DHFWS/2025, dated 25.10.2025, along with a copy of Memorandum dated 24.10.2025 issued by the DHFWS. The said proceedings dated 25.10.2025 is taken on record.

In view of the above, no contempt is made out against the respondents.

Recording the above submissions and the production of proceedings dated 25.10.2025, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 12.11.2025 klt
